Aims & Scope

The journal publishes scholarly research in management and applies a multidisciplinary approach to examining the challenges and opportunities faced by managers in Ukraine and worldwide. The aim of MEU is also to present scientific insights into the functions, roles, and conditions under which managers operate, particularly within the dynamic environments that shape the functioning of enterprises. The journal’s activities are aimed at supporting scientific thought and fostering knowledge exchange among researchers, faculty members, early-career scholars, business practitioners, government representatives, and other stakeholders. Its purpose is to promote the development of management research and its practical implementation, grounded in academic integrity and ethical standards.
