Aims & Scope

LETS: Journal of Linguistics and English Teaching Studies is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the fields of linguistics, English language studies, and English language education. The journal provides a platform for the publication of original, unpublished research articles as well as scholarly opinion papers that contribute to theoretical and practical developments in these areas. Scope Starting from Volume 8, Number 1 (2026) , LETS specifically focuses on the following areas: English Language Studies Research addressing various aspects of the English language, including its structure, use, development, and contemporary issues. English Language Teaching and Learning Studies related to pedagogical practices, teaching methodologies, curriculum development, classroom innovation, assessment, and technology integration in English language education. Literature Related to English Language Studies or Learning Scholarly works examining literary texts, literary pedagogy, and the role of literature in supporting English language learning and critical literacy development. Linguistics Related to English Language Learning Research exploring linguistic theories and applications relevant to English language acquisition, including applied linguistics, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, discourse analysis, and related fields.
