Aims & Scope

Journal of Architecture and Urban Planning is the scientific quarterly of the Iran University of Art. By following the qualitative criteria and employing appropriate mechanisms of publishing scientific journals, this journal has become one of the most reliable and highly cited sources for researchers and students of urban planning and architecture. This journal introduces the original work of Iranian researchers to the domestic and foreign scientific community of urban planning and architecture. The general objective of the Journal of Architecture and Urban Planning is to publish new findings of fundamental and applied research in various fields of urban planning and architecture, with emphasis on the originality and innovation of the research. Considering this general objective, this publication pursues the following specific objectives: - Contributing to the development of theoretical knowledge in the fields of urban planning and architecture in Iran Contributing to solve the tangible issues of urban planning and architecture in Iran
