Aims & Scope

Ius Poenale is a freely accessible, peer-reviewed journal designed to provide a global academic forum for interdisciplinary legal research, focusing on topics such as justice systems, legal comparisons, juvenile justice, and fisheries law. This encompasses a wide range of fields, including but not limited to: Ius Poenale is a journal published by Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung, under aCreative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License. Original content will be preserved inPKP Preservation Network(PKP-PN)to ensure long-term accessibility of the journal content. Production, Hosting, and Publication by the Development Centre Research of Law & Scientific Publication of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung on behalf of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung. Peer Review and Editorial Board are under the responsibility of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lampung.
