Aims & Scope

MEDIA: Jurnal Filsafat dan Teologimerupakan sarana publikasi hasil-hasil kajian ilmiah dalam bidang Filsafat dan Teologi Kristiani yang kontekstual dan aktual. Jurnal MEDIA diterbitkan olehSekolah Tinggi Filsafat Seminari Pinelengdengan frekuensi terbit dua kali setahun, yakni pada bulan Februari dan September. Manuskrip yang diserahkan yang harus memenuhi persyaratan akan dibahas olehrevieweryang ahli dalam bidangnya melalui prosesdouble-blind review. MEDIA: Jurnal Filsafat dan Teologiis a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarly discussion in the fields of philosophy and Christian theology, particularly within the context of contemporary social, cultural, and religious realities. The journal aims to provide an international academic forum for critical, constructive, and interdisciplinary engagement with philosophical and theological thought. MEDIA seeks to contribute to the development of contextual philosophy and theology that respond to the challenges of modern society, especially within the Indonesian and Southeast Asian contexts. The journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual analyses, and interdisciplinary studies that address topics such as: Special attention is given to studies that explore philosophical and theological contributions to social transformation, public discourse, and the development of ethical and spiritual values in Indonesian society, particularly in Eastern Indonesia.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
