Survey papers and case studies are also considered.The goal of BDCV is to provide a platform for academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments inbig datatechnologies and applications, data analysis, data mining, information systems, pattern recognition, soft computing, computer vision, image and video processing, data envelopment analysis, and related topics.Computational modeling and case studies in the mathematic, financial and social sciences are alsowelcomed.
