Aims & Scope
The journal aims to be an international journal with a high standing among world publications. Its mission is to disseminate research findings in the fields of law, political science, and international relations to make them accessible to the public. The journal seeks to promote a culture of research and publication, disseminate new scientific findings in social sciences to address various issues in Afghanistan and the world, encourage researchers to solve Afghanistan's problems through research, foster a culture of scientific dialogue, showcase the scientific profile of Ghalib University to society and the world, share the knowledge of the country's thinkers with other parts of the world and vice versa, and fulfill the trust placed in Ghalib University by society. The journal adheres to Islamic, national, and global values, respects the customs and traditions of all segments of Afghanistan and the world, publishes scientific and research achievements fairly and impartially, respects all researchers' viewpoints, maintains independence in scientific research, upholds ethical principles in scientific research, and protects the rights of researchers in their research. Initially, the journal operated in the broad fields of Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. From Winter 1401 (2022) until Autumn 1403 (2024), it exclusively published scientific-research articles in the field of Social Sciences, including Economics and Management, Law and Political Science, Literature, Sociology, Sharia, and Islamic Sciences. However, from Autumn 1403 (2024) onwards, the journal has focused exclusively on the fields of Law, Political Science, and International Relations.
