Aims & Scope

The Journal of Spine Practice (JSP) was founded by the Saudi Spine Society with the vision to be an international, platinum Open Access, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed spine journal. JSP aims to promote spine care excellence by disseminating high-quality research in spine care. This is a multidisciplinary journal of all spine subspecialties focusing on orthopaedic spine, neurosurgery, diagnostic and interventional radiology, anaesthesia and pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, rheumatology, physical therapy, nursing, chiropractic, and alternative medicine, in addition to other related disciplines. JSP accepts research around spine disorders in the following disciplines: basic science, clinical research, health services research, health professions education, and health economics research. Research submitted to JSP can address the prevention, diagnosis, and surgical and non-surgical management of spine diseases and disorders. We encourage work from first-time authors and accept submissions from a wide spectrum, including students, early career researchers, academics, professionals, and authors from specific regions or specific institutions. We respond quickly to submissions and publish Open Access, ensuring your work can be widely read. We also offer you detailed peer-review responses to help you improve your work.
