The journal aims to foster a global academic dialogue on issues at the intersection of Islam and contemporary thought, addressing challenges relevant to both Muslim societies and wider global discourse. Core Aim & Distinction: JSKP's core mission is to advance knowledge by publishing theoretically informed and methodologically sound research. It particularly encourages comparative and interdisciplinary approaches that place Islamic studies in conversation with other intellectual traditions. The journal provides a dedicated space for scholarship emerging from diverse geographical contexts, promoting a more inclusive global academic exchange. We Seek Research That: Employs comparative analysis or genuinely interdisciplinary frameworks . Uses innovative or critical methodologies in studying Islamic texts, history, culture, and societies. Engages with contemporary challenges such as globalization, religious diversity, identity, ethics, and public policy in Muslim-majority and minority contexts. Explores intersections between Sharia and secular legal systems, Islamic and modern educational paradigms, or religion and media/digital cultures .
