Strengthen the relationship between scientific, research and educational institutions with decision-making and policy-making institutions in order to assist in the application of scientific and specialized findings in future planning. Improving the level of scientific knowledge of specialists, researchers, students, experts and administrators in this field and exchanging new scientific and research findings and achievements by covering the relevant specialized fields.
