Aims & Scope

Since the last years of the first half of the 20thcentury, “computers” have attracted the attention of technologists as an attractive and efficient phenomenon. From about four decades ago, the development of the internet, as the main factor of transformations, has presented a different picture of the impact of this information and communication technology (ICT) on organization and business management. Not much has passed since the era when understanding new concepts such as the “information age” and “information revolution”, was a challenge, even for university graduates. But it is surprising that today, even in countries that are not very fortunate in terms of electronic readiness, ICT has penetrated people’s daily livelihood and has become the main topic in many disciplines. During recent decades, government enterprises and SMEs (Small-Medium Enterprises) have made significant abstract and material investments in this sector. Although the use of ICT has spread among generations and different strata of people, managing the factors of “human resources”, “software” and “hardware” and businesses involved in ICT and regulating their relationship requires extensive and deep knowledge and attention. BI Management Studies journal is a research-oriented and interdisciplinary publication that reviews and publishes scientific research articles with the aim of promoting business intelligence centered on ICT. The approach of this journal is to focus on new management attitudes in the field of information technology and information systems based on various types of technology, models, frameworks, and management patterns at the domestic and international levels.
