Aims & Scope

Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan Terapan (JIPT) or Applied Animal Science Journal is a scientific journal of related to applied science and technology in the field of Animal Science which includes: Animal Production, Animal Reproduction and Physiology, Feed Nutrition and Technology, Forage, Animal Health, Animal Socio-Economics, Animal Products Technology, and Livestock Industrial. The Jurnal Ilmu Peternakan Terapan aims to publish original research results and reviews on animal-related aspects of the applied sciences. Emphasis will be placed on studies involving farm such as chicken, duck, quail, cattle, buffaloes, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, as well as nondomesticated Indonesian endemic animals, such as silkworm, bee, deers, and anoa.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
