Aims & Scope

This journal focuses on applied psychology in contemporary societies , with a primary emphasis on industrial and organizational psychology as well as mental health and well-being. It prioritizes high-quality quantitative empirical research that advances theory and practice through data-driven analysis, statistical modelling, and rigorous measurement in applied psychological settings. The journal covers key areas in applied psychology, particularly industrial and organizational psychology and mental health and well-being. It publishes quantitative studies employing methodologies such as survey research, experimental and quasi-experimental designs, psychometric validation, and advanced statistical technique. Contributions from educational, social, and clinical psychology are considered only when they demonstrate strong relevance to applied psychological contexts and adhere to rigorous quantitative standards.
