Aims & Scope

University of Science and Technology Journal for Management and Human Sciences (USTJMHS) is an international, quarterly, open-access, and peer-reviewed journal published by the University of Science and Technology, Yemen. The journal welcomes high-quality scholarly submissions in English and Arabic from across the globe spanning the fields of administrative, economic, educational, human, and social sciences. It is dedicated to publishing original research that demonstrates methodological rigor, presents robust empirical findings, develops novel theoretical frameworks, or offers systematic review studies. Contributions must offer tangible theoretical or applied value, constituting a significant advancement in their respective disciplines. The journal adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics, as guided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
