Aims & Scope
Journal of Indonesian Society Empowerment (JISE) is a journal that provides a space for sharing ideas and research related to social work. The focus is on publishing research that highlights community service activities, particularly those that use science, technology, and art to help solve real-life problems in society. We accept research and conceptual articles in some of these areas, but not limited to: Community Empowerment; Social Access; Community Service; Education for Sustainable Development; Service to the Community; Training, Marketing, Technological Accuracy, and Design; Outskirt Areas and Undeveloped Areas; and Education for Sustainable Development. JISE aims to promote academic inquiry and critical analysis pertaining to empowerment initiatives across diverse domains such as community development, education, health, economics, governance, and environmental sustainability. JISE welcomes contributions that explore innovative approaches, theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, and practical interventions to enhance the well-being, agency, and participation of individuals and communities in Indonesia.
