Peer-reviewed journal “Jus strictum” is an open platform for publishing the results of scientific research by Russian and foreign jurists (lawyers) based on the connection between fundamental theoretical knowledge and modern law enforcement in the field of security and protection of the interests of a person, society, and state and related to scientific disciplines:Theoretical and Historical Legal SciencesCriminal Law SciencesThe journal publishes the following materials on legal sciences:scientific papers containing original author’s research;scientific reviews introducing readers to the latest scientific achievements in the subject area of the journal;comments, reviews, opinions on published scientific papers or scientific events in the subject area of the journal.The purpose of the journalis toinform the international and Russian scientific communities of urgent and promising research topics in Legal Sciences.The main tasks of the journal:the involvement of acknowledged experts in the subject area in the scientific review of all received materials,the quickest possible publication of scientific papers and materials,the promotion of the results of scientific research in the legal professional community and the attraction of new authors and readers on the subject area of the journal.The publications might be of interest to the researchers who are aspiring to be aware of Russia’s and world’s latest scientific developments and share their research results with the academic community.
