Aims & Scope
Axis Europae is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes historical research. Founded in 2022 by the Center for East European Scientific Studies. The journal's aim is to conceptually illuminate and scientifically comprehend the historical process in Central and Eastern Europe by creating a professional platform for publishing fundamental research and developing interdisciplinary dialogue in the humanities. The journal's tasks include analyzing and researching current problems of the region's history, promoting the development of theoretical and methodological foundations of historical science, highlighting the results of recent research in archaeology and ethnology, studying monuments and phenomena of art history, researching the genesis and transformation processes in education systems, scientific institutions, and technological progress, and ensuring scientific communication between specialists from various fields for a comprehensive study of cultural and intellectual heritage. The main target audience includes scientists, educators, postgraduate students, students, and anyone seeking in-depth theoretical and applied knowledge.
