مجلّة علمية ورقية وإلكترونية تصدر عن كلية القانون والعلوم السياسية في الجامعة العراقية مخصصة لنشر البحوث التي لم يسبق نشرها في مجال العلوم القانونية والسياسية. تسعى المجلة لتصبح وعاءً لنشر البحوث والدراسات القانونية والسياسية المحكَّمة ومرجعاً علمياً للباحثين وفق المعايير العالمية من حيث  الأصالة والمنهجية والاضافة النوعية للمعرفة في مجال التخصص.
