The Strategic Leadership and Business Management Journal (SLBMJ) is an international, open-access, double-blind, peer-reviewed journal published biannually by PRRC (Pvt) Ltd. The journal aims to provide a high-quality, peer-reviewed platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge research, insights, and best practices in strategic leadership and business management. The journal seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice by encouraging contributions that enhance leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and strategic decision-making across diverse business environments.
