Welding in the World is a comprehensive publication covering all facets of materials joining and related techniques. Presents authoritative papers on all scientific aspects of materials joining science, technology and performance. Published under the expertise of the International Institute of Welding – IIW. Includes welding, additive manufacturing, brazing, soldering, cutting, surfacing, thermal spraying and allied joining and fabrication techniques considering process development, weld metallurgy, crack prevention and standardization. Focuses on the performance of welded and additively manufactured components and structures in service, design, automation, modeling and simulation, structural integrity, fracture, fatigue, inspection, and quality assurance. Discusses health, safety and environmental aspects of joining, and industrial applications.
