Aims & Scope

PHS are a scholarly journal focused on the field of legal history and topics related to it. PHS publish original scientific works, as well as reviews, annotations, and reports from the scientific life in the field of legal history. They also provide commented materials of a legal-historical nature. PHS accept contributions from domestic and foreign authors. Contributions from foreign authors are published in their original language, namely in English, Slovak, German, French, Italian, or Polish.
