Aims & Scope

Δίκη – Díké primarily, but not exclusively, aims to provide a publication forum for comparative legal research. In addition to exploring the common roots and values of European legal culture, the Research Group is open to further scientific fields related to comparative law, as evidenced by the Research Group's previous scientific events. In the spirit of openness and cooperation, the journal readily provides publication opportunities for studies, publications, and reviews by domestic and foreign researchers, educators, and doctoral students.
