Aims & Scope

The Revista Brasileira de Psicodrama (RBP) is the official publication of the Brazilian Federation of Psychodrama (Febrap). It aims to accelerate the dissemination of its content and adopted continuous publication in 2022. The journal invites researchers and professionals in the group field, psychodramatists, and groupists worldwide to submit contributions for thematic dossiers. It seeks articles that address knowledge and practices in group processes with plural and multiple bodies and existences. Manuscripts can be submitted in Portuguese, English, or Spanish and are published quarterly. The journal is classified as A3 in the QUALIS/CAPES system. It is committed to high ethical standards in publication, following guidelines from international institutions like COPE, DOAJ, OASPA, WAME, and SciELO. All content is peer-reviewed. The journal does not charge submission or processing fees. Manuscripts are initially checked for similarity using iThenticate. Peer review is double-blind, with external reviewers (ad hoc). Open peer review with author and reviewer consent is also possible. Authors must declare conflicts of interest and financial support. Data sharing is recommended in open-access repositories. The journal adheres to the CRediT taxonomy for author contributions. It accepts manuscripts previously or concurrently submitted to preprint platforms since 2020. AI tools are accepted if properly identified. The journal follows the APA style manual (7th edition).
