Aims & Scope

La revista de Derecho Penal y Criminología es una publicación del Departamento de Derecho Penal y Criminología de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, el cual tiene como misión esencial fomentar el análisis e investigación de los diversos tópicos del derecho penal, el derecho procesal penal, el derecho disciplinario, el derecho sancionatorio en general y la criminología en un contexto crítico, participativo y absolutamente respetuoso de la libertad, la igualdad, el pluralismo y la diversidad de pensamiento. La selección y publicación de los textos no dependerá de la concepción teórica ni del punto de vista o la metodología empleada. Sólo se tendrá en cuenta la calidad, el rigor y las normas implícitas de todo trabajo académico, dando preferencia a los documentos inéditos.
