Aims & Scope

Dictamen Libre (ISSN: 0124-0099, e-ISSN: 2619-4244) is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal published semiannually by the Universidad Libre Seccional Barranquilla. Its focus is on Economic, Administrative, and Accounting Sciences, as well as related fields such as public management, environmental and technological management, and education in these areas of knowledge. The journal's main purpose is to publish original and unpublished scientific articles that contribute to the development of knowledge in these disciplines, promoting critical analysis, innovation, and academic reflection in local, regional, and international contexts, with a special emphasis on Latin America. In line with the knowledge classification guidelines established by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Minciencias, the journal is part of the Social Sciences field, integrating various disciplines related to economics, administration, and accounting. Dictamen Libre seeks to establish itself as an academic space for the dissemination of research results, the exchange of scientific knowledge, and the strengthening of academic networks, contributing to the analysis of contemporary issues and the sustainable development of society.
