Aims & Scope
Journal of Management & Business Studies (JM&BS) is a scientific publication in the area of administration and business, open access, and that follows the international parameters of evaluation. The editorial lines are framed in various areas of knowledge, such as: Administration and Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Strategy and International Business, Marketing and Market Research, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, Finance and Accounting, Processes and Operations and Social Responsibility and Community Management. JM&BS publishes five modalities of articles: 1) Research Article; 2) Review Article; 3) Reflection Article; 4) Theoretical Article; and 5) Methodological Article. It develops its work with high quality standards, as it prioritizes the rigour and academic requirement. JM&BS is open to different disciplinary, theoretical, thematic, and methodological perspectives in administration and business. Authors can submit articles in a variety of areas of knowledge, such as: strategic management, social responsibility, public administration, information technologies, organizational behavior, economics, accounting, leadership, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, knowledge management, operations management, innovation, finance, human resources, marketing, management control, international business, among others. Articles submitted to JM&BS must be unpublished and original, and not be simultaneously submitted to other journals.
