Aims & Scope

Jurnal Ilmu Kehutanan (JIK) welcomes articles reporting original fundamental and applied research focusing on tropical forestry and environment, which cover topics on forest management, silviculture, biodiversity conservation, forest products technology, and sustainable development. Additionally, the journal emphasizes the importance of climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies in promoting sustainable development practices that protect and enhance forest ecosystems. The Journal intended as a medium for communicating and motivating research activities through scientific papers, including research articles, short communications, and reviews. The Journal uses international editorial conventions to consider publication suitability and conducts a double-blind peer-review selection process.
