Aims & Scope

A Névtani Értesítő a magyar névkutatás 1979-ben alapított, lektorált szakfolyóirata. Kiadója azELTE Magyar Nyelvtudományi és Finnugor Intézeteés aMagyar Nyelvtudományi Társaság. A folyóirat Tanulmányok rovata új kutatási eredmények közlésének ad helyet; Műhely rovatában aktuális hazai és nemzetközi munkálatokról, szakmai eseményekről számol be; Könyvszemle és Folyóiratszemle rovatai a magyar és a külföldi szakirodalom újabb kiadványairól közölnek ismertetéseket. A benyújtott kéziratok elbírálása mindkét irányban anonim, kettős lektorálással történik. A Névtani Értesítő több nemzetközi névtudományi szakfolyóirattal tart fenn kapcsolatot, számait többük rendszeresen szemlézi. Kötetei magyar nyelven, angol tartalomjegyzékkel és tartalmi összefoglalókkal jelennek meg. A folyóirat jelen van a következő adatbázisokban és repozitóriumokban:Scopus,EBSCO,ERIH Plus,DOAJ,Jisc's Open policy finder (korábbi Sherpa Romeo),MLA Directory of Periodicals,CEEOL,MATARKA,EPA,REAL-J,EDIT.
