The Journal of Medical Systems is a top-tier informatics journal that focuses on how health information systems are built, evaluated, and used, from decision support and electronic health record-driven analytics to mHealth and consumer tools, workflow engineering and simulation, imaging and signal methods, and the application, ethics and governance of clinical and generative artificial intelligence. Our seven sections are Mobile Health, Implementation Science & Operations Management, Clinical Systems & Electronic Health Records, Image & Signal Processing, Consumer Health, Education & Training, and Health Policy.
