Cuadernos de Historia Moderna es una revista que nace en 1988 al escindirse en dos títulos los hasta entonces denominados "Cuadernos de Historia Moderna y Contemporánea". Tuvo a partir de esa fecha una periodicidad anual, pero desde 1997 se vienen publicando dos números anuales, uno monográfico y un segundo de carácter misceláneo. La revista acoge trabajos de investigación y reflexión relativos a la Historia Moderna Universal y de España, pretendiendo con ello ser vehículo de expresión de los avances y transformaciones que se vayan produciendo en nuestra área de conocimientos
