Aims & Scope

Sancho el Sabio: Revista de Investigación Vasca-Euskal Ikerketa Aldizkaria is a scientific journal that publishes original articles, of an interdisciplinary nature, in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences. It specializes in Basque studies, understood in the broadest sense. The journal has been published since 1991, under the sponsorship of Fundación Vital, by the Sancho el Sabio Foundation, a documentation center for Basque culture based in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Sancho el Sabio has an external evaluation system, carried out by academics and professionals of recognized prestige.
