Aims & Scope
Editado desde 1982, el Boletín Antropológico, es una revista, semestral, arbitrada e indizada, publicada por el Museo Arqueológico "Gonzalo Rincón Gutiérrez" de la Universidad de Los Andes. Su objetivo principal es propiciar el diálogo e intercambio entre las instituciones e investigadores/as dedicados/as a la investigación antropológica, arqueológica, lingüística y bioantropológica en Venezuela y el mundo. Incluye artículos monográficos (coordinados por especialistas) y/o artículos de tema libre. Consta de dos secciones: artículos y reseñas. Constituido por artículos y recensiones o reseñas de libros de corte antropológicos, arqueológicos, lingüísticos y bioantropológicos, la revista se abre a la publicación de trabajos en otras áreas del saber que contribuyan con el avance las ciencias antropológicas. El Boletín Antropológico se rige por un doble proceso de selección de contenidos: Índices, Bases de Datos, Directorio y Catálogos en los cuales está indexada/registrada la revista: REDALYC. Red de Revistas Científicas de América Latina y el Caribe, España y Portugal BIBLAT. Biblioteca Latinoamericana en Revistas de Investigación Científica y Social
