Aims & Scope

Viking is an important publication channel for archaeological research with a particular emphasis on Norwegian archaeology. The journal welcomes a wide range of themes, from the processing and discussion of archaeological investigations, landscapes, and materials to articles focusing on theoretical and methodological perspectives. An important goal for Viking is also to reach a broader audience outside academia.
