Aims & Scope
The journal's scope covers two main areas: PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (traditional subsystems: training, welfare, quality of life, compensation, performance evaluation, and others; Labor Relations; Higher Education and People Training; Gender Perspective in Organizations; Socio-anthropology of work and organizations) and TECHNOLOGY (Innovation Management; Technological Management; Digital Divide and its impact on people and Work; Social Construction of Technology and Technological Advances and their impact on organizational management; Digital Transformation Processes; Industry 4.0 and its inclusion in organizational processes). Articles should be submitted in Spanish, English, or Portuguese, with English being accepted exceptionally. The title must be in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. The journal publishes research results and essays.
