Aims & Scope

IJBSM is a well-established journal that has been in publication for more than 14 years. The Journal publishes papers as original research, review and popular article in a wide range of subject areas. This grossly includes indigenous knowledge and technology, crop science, horticultural science, animal science, fishery science, entomology and pathology, microbiology, climate and other abiotic stress, agricultural education and extension services, socio-economic aspects, statistical analysis and bioinformatics. All manuscript submissions are subject to initial appraisal by the subject experts. Manuscripts well written following journal guidelines are considered on priority. Authors will be informed in a short period of time based on primary consideration. Each article undergoes peer reviewing by independent, anonymous expert referees. All peer review is double blind and submission is online.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
