Tendencias Pedagógicas es una publicación periódica científica de ámbito internacional, arbitrada open-access, abierta e independiente, de carácter semestral (dos números al año). El objetivo principal de la revista es publicar estudios de investigación empírica, ensayos críticos y experiencias sobre educación y pedagogía. La revista aborda una variedad de temas relacionados con los campos académicos de Didáctica y Organización Escolar, Teoría e Historia de la Educación, y Métodos de Evaluación e Investigación en Educación. Tendencias Pedagógicas pretende abordar críticamente las cuestiones educativas actuales, así como las tendencias pedagógicas contemporáneas. Desde su primera publicación en 1994, se ha convertido en un punto de encuentro para la comunicación y el intercambio entre académicos y profesionales en el campo de la educación a nivel nacional e internacional.
