Aims & Scope
The journal "Stylistyka" is an international scientific periodical, founded in 1992 by Prof. Stanisław Gajda. It presents the results of research on linguistic communication from a stylistic point of view. Stylistics is understood here broadly, as a transdisciplinary science dealing with, among others, stylistic competence, stylistic devices, the style of a specific text, individual and collective styles (genre, functional, etc.) and their psychological, social and cultural contexts. The annual publishes the results of stylistic research conducted within linguistics, literary studies and cultural studies. Texts in all Slavic languages and in congress languages (English, German, French) are accepted for publication.
