Aims & Scope

KSU Medical Journal is the scientific official journal of the Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam University Faculty of Medicine. KSU Medical Journal is an international, double-blind, bias-free, peer-reviewed online publishing journal. The journal aims to reach all national and international medical institutions and researchers. KSU Medical Journal have the highest ethical and scientific standards and no commercial concerns in the articles. The Editorial Board Works within the framework of the International Medical Journal Editors Council (ICMJE) and Editorial Ethical Principles Commission (COPE) principles. In order to be published, the articles must not have been submitted for publication and not previously published elsewhere. Types of articles accepted for publication in the journal are original research articles, case reports, and reviews. No article processing charge or publication fee is requested from the owners of scientific works published in the KSU Medical Journal. The evaluation process of the manuscript is completed within 8 weeks at the latest. All responsibility for the opinions and results of the articles published in the KSU Medical Journal belongs to the authors. Journal editors and editorial board do not accept any responsibility for the reliability and results of the research data. KSU Medical Journal is published every 4 months (March, July, and November), 3 issues per year. The language of the journal is both in Turkish and English. Plagiarism rules are followed by the journal. The journal recommends that all of our authors obtain their own ORCID identifier which will be included in their article. Open access policy: The journal publishes fully open access issues, which means that all articles are available on the internet to all users as soon as they are published.
