Aims & Scope
The journal focuses on critical and rigorous reflection around the relationships between humans and nature, presenting advances and results of research, as well as theoretical and methodological reflections in the socio-environmental field. It is aimed at the academic and scientific community interested in contributing to the debate at the local, regional, and global levels. Specific areas include: environmental mitigation, adaptation and resilience to climate change; socio-environmental conflicts; disaster risk management; sustainable development; energy transitions; solid waste management; public policies on energy and environment; diversity, interculturality and multiculturalism (studies of interculturality and environment, anthropological studies, social anthropology, cultural and environmental studies); environmental history; and methodological and epistemological approaches (new methodological forms for research, study and approach of situations and problems in various disciplines; inter- and transdisciplinarity).
