Aims & Scope

La Revista Infraestructura Vial pertenece a la Universidad de Costa Rica, constituye un instrumento de orden académico y científico, enfocado el desarrollo autónomo de la investigación, docencia, cooperación técnica y transferencia tecnológica en materia de protección de la infraestructura vial y líneas vitales, a nivel nacional y regional, a través de la divulgación de artículos: científicos, de opinión, revisión bibliográfica, técnicos, casos de estudio y cartas al editor. Su objetivo principal es la divulgación de conocimiento especializado y su transferencia, para contribuir en la adopción de procesos tecnológicos modernos y seguros que fortalezcan los procesos productivos y la competitividad en el campo de la ingeniería de infraestructura de transportes en aspectos sísmicos, estructural, estudio y desempeño de materiales, geotécnica, geología, ambiental, hidráulica, hidrología, drenajes, gestión, valoración de riesgos, movilidad segura y transporte.
