Syariah: Jurnal Hukum dan Pemikiran focuses on Islamic jurisprudence and legal studies within Indonesian and global contexts. The journal emphasizes contemporary legal discourse related to law, personal status, religion, politics, criminal justice, gender equality, and social responsibility. The journal publishes original research and current discussions in Islamic law and related legal fields. It welcomes contributions from scholars across interdisciplinary areas.
