TheAnnals of the University of Petrosani, Mechanical Engineeringis a peer-reviewed, open access Romanian academic journal in the field of mechanical engineering and related. The journal appeared for the first time in its current form and name in 1999 and it is edited entirely in English and it continues the title “The Scientific Papers of the Technical University of Petroşani Mining machinery and installations” The journal is published annually by the University of Petrosani, Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, edited by Universitas Publishing House. It appears in both online (ISSN 2247-8604) as well as printed form (ISSN-L 1454-9166). The journal is classified in theB+ Category (code 26)by the National Council of Scientific Research of Higher Education from Romania (CNCSIS). Besides theoretical, experimental, modeling and simulations articles linked to mechanical engineering, contributions in linked branches like Industrial and Transportation Engineering are welcome. Regular scientific articles, review articles and technical notes are all accepted.
