Aims & Scope

Journal of Henan Polytechnic University (Natural Science)is a bimonthly journal, governed by the Education Department of Henan Province, sponsored by Henan Polytechnic University(HPU)and published by the Academic Publishing Center of HPU.The journal was originally named "Journal of Jiaozuo Mining Institute". In 1996, the journal was renamed to "Journal of Jiaozuo Institute of Technology". In 2000, the journal was renamed to "Journal of Jiaozuo Institute of Technology (Natural Science)". In 2005, the journal was renamed to "Journal of Henan Polytechnic University (Natural Science)".The aim of the journal is to implement the national publishing guidelines and policies, support academic prosperity, and expand academic exchanges. All articles published in the journal are academic papers in the fields of natural science and technology, including mining engineering, safety engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, geological engineering, environmental engineering, surveying and mapping engineering, construction engineering, materials engineering, and other basic research disciplines. Our featured column is “Mining and Engineering Safety”. The proportion of funded paper is over 95%. The journal articles are at the forefront of related fields. The journal is included in Key Magazine of China Technology, China Core Journals (Selection) Database, and China Academic Journals (CD). It has been indexed by domestic and international databases such as China Geological Abstracts, Chemical Abstracts (US), Abstract Journal (Russian), Ulrich's Periodicals Directory (US), Japan Science and Technology Agency Database, EuroPub (UK), and Copernicus Index (Poland).
