Aims & Scope
Epidemiology & Infection is a leading international journal publishing high-quality research on all aspects of infectious disease epidemiology and microbial pathogenesis. We welcome original research articles, reviews, and commentaries that advance our understanding of the distribution, determinants, and control of infectious diseases in human and animal populations. Our scope includes, but is not limited to: * Emerging infectious diseases * Antimicrobial resistance * Vaccine-preventable diseases * Zoonotic infections * Vector-borne diseases * Global health and neglected tropical diseases * Mathematical modelling of infectious diseases * Host-pathogen interactions * Microbial genomics and evolution * Public health interventions and policy We are committed to rapid publication of significant findings and aim to provide a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge exchange. We encourage submissions that address current public health challenges and contribute to the prevention and control of infectious diseases worldwide.
