Aims & Scope
A&C – Revista de Direito Administrativo e Constitucional is a quarterly scientific journal, promoted by the Instituto de Direito Romeu Felipe Bacellar with the support of the Instituto Paranaense de Direito Administrativo – IPDA. Its main objective is the dissemination of research on current topics in the areas of Administrative and Constitutional Law, aimed at researchers in the legal field, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and Public Law professionals. The editorial line, established by its Editorial Board composed of renowned Brazilian and foreign jurists, is focused on research developed in the area of the dogmatics of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, with an emphasis on the effectiveness of its institutes not only in Brazil but also in other countries, highlighting the intersection between Public Administration and the Constitution and the critical analysis of innovations in Public Law, particularly in Latin America and European countries with Latin culture.
