Aims & Scope

The journal publishes original scientific articles, reviews, and results of scientific and methodological research of teachers, scientists, postgraduates, undergraduates, doctoral students and applicants, fully corresponding to the requirements of the publisher. The publication has permission from the International Publishing Society and the Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic (VAK KR) as a peer-reviewed periodic scientific publication for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations. "Vestnik Issyk-Kul University" is the leading scientific, informational and methodological journal in the Issyk-Kul region. The journal is published four times a year in Kyrgyz, Russian and English. It is indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RISC) and in the international database DOAJ, all articles are assigned digital identifiers DOI through the Crossref database (prefix 10.69722). The journal is an active promoter of the country's scientific and technical policy, contributes to the implementation of socio-political, economic and scientific-educational reforms, and also promotes the latest achievements of domestic and foreign science.
