Aims & Scope
Phenomenology and the Cognitive Sciences is an international and interdisciplinary journal that published papers that address the philosophical and scientific study of cognition and consciousness. Provides a forum for exploring the intersections between phenomenology, empirical science, and analytic philosophy of mind. Builds bridges between the phenomenological tradition and other disciplines. Addresses recent work on the connection between empirical results in experimental science and first-person perspective. Includes work by phenomenologists, scientists, and philosophers who study cognition. Offers discussion of methodological issues involving various approaches to these problems.
