Aims & Scope

The Revista Telemática de Filosofía del Derecho (RTFD) is an annual journal that appeared online on September 3, 1997. Its objectives are to disseminate Philosophy of Law primarily in Spanish through open-access works, to assist scholars in their research by eliminating all economic costs for publication and users, and to serve as an introduction to law as a complex social fact. The journal is based on the principles of pluralism and gratuity. It welcomes serious, non-profit collaborations in the following thematic areas: Methodology, metatheory and theory of Law; theory of justice and history of legal thought.
