IUS Doctrina es una revista académica del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la Universidad de Costa Rica, cuyo objetivo es la publicación de investigaciones actuales y novedosas, sobre fenómenos jurídicos desde diversas perspectivas de análisis: dogmática, iusfilosófica y socio-jurídica, así como también desde otras disciplinas científicas, como la sociología, la ciencia política y la filosofía. Como parte del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas, la publicacion se dirige tanto a investigadores y estudiantes universitarios, como a aplicadores del Derecho.
