Revista E-Mercatoria is an academic publication that seeks to promote research and disseminate research, reflection, and review articles as widely as possible in the area of commercial law. The main topics covered by the journal include, among others, business insolvency, commercial contracts, international commercial law, intellectual property, electronic commerce, maritime law, competition law, arbitration, consumer law, and insurance. The target audience of the journal consists of national and international researchers, professors, undergraduate and postgraduate law students in Colombia, or from other countries, who are interested in these topics. The journal primarily publishes documents in Spanish, but also accepts articles in English.
