Revista E-Mercatoria is an academic publication that seeks to promote research and disseminate research, reflection, and review articles as widely as possible in the area of commercial law. The main topics covered by the journal include, among others, business insolvency, commercial contracts, international commercial law, intellectual property, electronic commerce, maritime law, competition law, arbitration, consumer law, and insurance.
